On August 26, the strategic signing ceremony between ESG Group and Cdiscount was grandly held at the Dunhill International Hotel in Shenzhen. The event was attended by Alan, Founder and CEO of ESG Group, Christine, Head of ESG Group China, Franck, Director of Merchant Recruitment at Cdiscount, along with his recruitment team, industry media representatives, and over 600 sellers.

This signing ceremony signifies that ESG Group and Cdiscount have reached a strategic cooperation agreement, which not only enables ESG Group to provide services to both sellers and the platform but also facilitates deeper collaboration between Chinese sellers and Cdiscount.
As the officially designated agent for Cdiscount in China, ESG provides a fast-track entry channel for Chinese sellers to join the Cdiscount platform. On one hand, ESG assists the platform in understanding and serving sellers, and on the other hand, it helps sellers connect with the platform, secure more favorable policies, and resolve challenges encountered during the store setup process, ensuring a seamless and efficient cooperation environment for both parties.
Additionally, with 15 years of hands-on experience in cross-border e-commerce, a diverse talent pool, and extensive overseas resources, ESG offers sellers comprehensive one-stop solutions for platform operations, warehousing, and logistics, empowering them to succeed in the international market.

Cdiscount’s Director of Merchant Recruitment, Franck, shared:

When asked why ESG chose to partner with Cdiscount, ESG Group’s Founder and CEO, Alan, stated:

"Additionally, this year, we will launch multiple logistics cooperation initiatives. For example, Cdiscount has approximately 300,000 square meters of overseas warehouses, but currently, there is no first-leg logistics partnership in place. ESG will work with professional logistics providers to establish a comprehensive logistics system. By next year, we plan to build a Chinese customer service network, which will directly provide Chinese sellers with data insights, promotional strategies, and support."
